That's Kentucky Fried. You have a snack offer that is chicken strips, French hairstyles and soda everything in one. It's $3,50 and fill.
I ordered the snack with a drink at this fast food place. a long line, but after the order I got no number, but a round disk like a hockey puck. it lights up when your order is ready. no numbers. When I got it, there was a straw next to the food. the frits and the chicken were built into the top of the cup. brilliant and clever.
The Frisby site we visited is located in the food court of Viva CC (small) in the Laureles district of Medellin. Frisby is the fast food restaurant that my girlfriend and I most often do when we have lunch in a mall. I think I can predict that there's a frisby in all the malls in Medellin. Frisby offers mainly roasted chicken similar to the extra crispy version found in the KFC restaurants in the USA. I often get her combo #2 containing 2 pieces of fried chicken, French fries, Cole Slav and an 8oz. Soda for 20,100 pesos. They have a further combination, the potato salad for the Cole Slav and a third combination that contains pages that are typical Colombian with Friijoles (beans), rice and salad. Another preferred choice of me is her Frischuleta, which is roasted breast of chicken with frits and soda for 15.900 pesos. I had her frying too. It consists of a cardboard container that surrounds a soda with fried chicken strips and frits, which sit on top for 9,800 pesos. You have a burrito they call a friburrito with your choice of sauces (Mexikan, BBQ or Ranch) for 7,000 pesos. I like them if I'm not so hungry, but they can be messy to eat even though they come in a cardboard container. They also have several spring salads for 15,900 pesos. I tried and enjoyed her Caesar salad. On this occasion my friend recommended that we get her 8 pieces of chicken and whatever we didn't finish today, we could be back home tomorrow. It also included 8 small arepas and 4 small baked potatoes. I don't care for the little Arepas I found in Colombia, but beside the chicken I enjoyed their potatoes. The accounts, including juices for each of us, came to 41,500 pesos (approx. $12). At the time of this review (March 2016), there were 3,200 pesos to the US dollar.
My Spanish is limited so I liked being able to point at the picture for what I wanted (2 pieces of fried chicken, coleslaw, fries, pepsi). You place your order, pay and are given a buzzer to take back to your table, which alerts you when your food is ready. It was not appetising. Two very small, dry pieces of chicken with barely a scrap of meat on them and a few cold fries. The coleslaw was nice. 20,000 pesos.
