Café In Der Alten Scheune - Meckenheim

Were here today and are appalled for a coffee over the long waiting period. the only positive was that the service has pointed us to the waiting time and so we could leave the coffee again.

Very good. rich cake selection and a good menu. the scheune is very cozy furnished. the personal is very friendly. the brunch on Sunday morning is particularly recommended. in the break, always reserve. there are few parking spaces. also the farm shop with the self-baked brot is highly recommended.

Here it is really nice. the cakes are delicious. the atmosphere is great. we used to be there for Sunday brunch. I can highly recommend the caffeine in the old scheune. next door on the same grounds there is the farm where they can buy many specialties for home. otherwise it is also worth ordering and picking cakes for private parties. Every Thursday you can also buy delicious baked goods on the Rheinbacher holiday market.

The cake and also the coffee were completely in order. because our baker is unfortunately several weeks away because of the high water, we have taken a wood-ground brot and a black brot. both were in taste and still look worse than inadequate. the wood stove bread was broken into two colors and when cutting into several parts. the broth was not really baked. the taste made a bluish. the whole broth gets the eierman for his huh. in kindergarten you would never have baked a better stream in the leber again!

Our honeymoon is over. we are now congratulated several times a day and asked how our high time was. with this question, I immediately remember the celebration at sampels. it could not have been a better location, no even a better host than with the sampels in the caffe to the old scheune in hilberath. the celebration was perfect for both of us from beginning to end, just the planning with as two fantastic personalities like woman and herr sampels, was just great. the torte was simply fantastically implemented, the foods were just perfect, otherwise I always have something to put out, but the sampels once again managed to make everyone happy. I've never eaten such a good pork from the grill! also our guests praised the meat in big tones. I would like to say thank you very much for this great celebration!!! if someone has something to celebrate, whether birthday, wedding or whatever.
