Wendy's - Mechanicsville

I get up to the window and this old man working there tosses me my bag of food then rudely ask “what drink is it”. After giving me my drink I realize I have no straw and I’m waiting there trying to ask him for a straw. When he turns his head and huffs and says “what are you still doing here” I was like I need a straw please. He rudely says “I put a straw in the bag” (there was no straw in the bag) and he rolls his eyes and proceeded to hand me a straw.

Why are you the only Wendy's out of things!! Always out of chilli, it's cold and that's what you are known for tje CHILLI!!! Go to the Glen Allen location it's better!!!!

Confirmed, worst Wendy's. Went around 11:00. Asked to pull up when fries weren't ready even though no one else in line. I get it. It circumvents the timer. No sauce for nuggets in bag. It never is. So I reversed back to the window and asked for sauce along with the full fry order since it barely had any. He half jokingly asked if I ate them. Got home and found this double with cheese made of two jr patties which were dry as F and tasted like fish. IDK. The fries were pretty good. This restaurant really sucks.

I ordered a taco salad and a guy that was working the kitchen was rushing to get the orders out that he forgot my sour cream and salsa. Very disappointing
