The sandwiches were incredible! I had been craving this place for over a week, and I finally made it here—definitely worth the wait!

The staff maintains the area very well, ensuring it's always clean and tidy. They genuinely strive to make the best subs for their customers and are more than willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend the Spicy Italian Combo; it's really delicious!

There's a lady who works during the day, and I assume she's the manager. She seems to really dislike her job. At first, I thought she was just being rude to me, but I noticed she treats everyone else the same way. It wouldn't hurt her to smile. When I said hello, she looked right through me as if I didn't exist. The food is just average; sometimes the sandwiches are good and other times they're not. Overall, the customer service is lacking. It's quite disappointing.

Got our order completely wrong, didn't toast bread on any of our 3 subs, did not put cheese on any of them, put lots of mayo when we asked for light mayo and completely forgot to put sweet onion sauce on one. Bread was so soggy from all the mayo I couldn't eat it. Will not be returning.

Came in around 3 order two subs and the potato soup. While eating the soup there was a long curly black hair in it. After seeing that I lost my appetite. Tried calling store about 7 times and they would not answer the phone. I think that is ridiculous and unprofessional. I come here all the time and after this experience I will take my money elsewhere. I do not recommend this location and I plan on letting everyone I know about my experience.
