Stevi B's Pizza Buffet - Mechanicsville

This restaurant is a great choice for those who enjoy a wide variety of pizza options. They offer many delicious topping combinations that are much better than what Cici's has to offer. The prices are reasonable, especially if you take advantage of promotions that cater well to your group, such as those with kids. The restaurant is well-lit and cleanliness has never been an issue for us in the past. It's the best pizza buffet I've ever been to.

I always have a great time whenever I visit this restaurant! The atmosphere is always pleasant and the entertainment area is fantastic.

I have had good experiences at this restaurant in the past, but my most recent visit was terrible. I paid for a party of 12 kids and informed the cashier that the adults would pay for themselves while the kids were taken care of. The cashier, a black lady with a braided wig, treated every adult in my party as if they were trying to sneak in a kid, even though all 12 kids had been paid for in advance. Three adults in my party were wrongly charged for their kids. My aunt ordered wings and was told they would take 45 minutes, but after an hour and a half, they still hadn't arrived. The cashier with the braids was extremely rude, and when my mother asked about pasta on the buffet, she was very curt. To make matters worse, my cousin discovered a $198 charge on his card that took 3 days to dispute. The pizza was also very dry. I will never spend money at this place again. It's easier to take the kids to CiCi's Pizza, which is a better option anyway.

The cups for drinks are super tiny. The pizza was not bad but most of the buffet was dried out and the desserts were awful. They didn't replenish the dessert area the whole time I was there and the oreo pizza had been there over an hour earlier when I first arrived. They didn't have any special pasta and when asked about it the staff was completely clueless.

Some of pizza taste like been there for while,. Dinning area was dirty, had employee kinda of cleaning could been better.
