Applebee's Grill Bar Restaurant

Applebees seems to be dealing with a significant shortage of wait staff. The staff that is on seems to be stressed to the max. Half the tables were empty today despite it being mother's day and still we waited 30 minutes for a table because of the shortage. Its unfortunate because in a climate of high competition in food service industry it probably doesnt foretell good things long term. Anyway...food was as expected at an Applebees and our waitress served it all up with a smile. We were grateful for her diligence.

Weather for Mother's Day, the manager rude.My steak was well done when I wanted it medium rare.My salad looked like a week old.Not even an apology, I'll take a temper set off.That's really disrespectful won't go there again

Bar tender Sean is one of the absolutely worse servers I've ever had. I sat at the bar with an empty plate and and empty glass for 30 minutes with my wallet out to pay my bill which he never gave me and ignored me the entire time. Multiple people came in had a drink and left and he never came to me to see if I needed anything. I will NOT be returning to this establishment. Hands down worst service ever.

Honestly, It looked a bit understaffed when we arrived, but the employees there were busting . We were seated quickly and served quickly, our waitress was supernice and attentive.

Didn’t even sit down came in and no one was waiting the waiter came to the front of the doors and was about to give us a table than went to the back and than came back again to fix menus to give to us which they should already have done and than dropped something and had the audacity to ask me to pick it up when it was a cleaning product. They weren’t even busy. Don’t come here worse service ever
