Contribuiți la feedbackOrdered a 12 meatball sub. One half had 1 meatball. The other half had two and a half meatballs. This is what i get for ordering online and not watching them make it. Pathetic.
The young man making our sandwich was alone and he kept his cool been though it was busy.
I am wondering if I may press charges for this taking my money and never giving me my food. I guess I will ask my lawyer. Hopefully I will probably won this subway after I'm done with this legal stuff
Went there to get a free turkey sub per their one time promotion, and was disappointed I had to argue *not* to have certain ingredients on the sub like cheese, onions, ect. employee suggested I was changing what it was meant to be and trying to get something different. I fought hard and won. These folks need a refresher course in customer service> math>subtraction>ok to subtract> less ingredients= more profit. But thanks for the free sub.
First things first. The woman who made my sandwich was very abrupt. There was only my fiancé and I in line and she pushed us through like it was a lunch rush. I asked her a question of whether or not the peppers were sweet or hot and she just grabbed them and threw them on carelessly. Once you finish you are supposed to take the knife and push everything into the sandwich, but this woman DID NOT. She cut my foot long in half while it was wide open and then just wrapped it up. Once I went to open it Everything fell out. My fiancé just got lettuce tomatoes and vinaigrette and a meet on his sandwich. It's not like we put too much in the sub for it to explode like that. This woman was CARELESS. She obviously didn't want to be there and it showed. The only thing I was happy with was the cookie because I didn't have to wear it. Never going back there again.
