Subway - Mechanicsburg

I visit this restaurant regularly and have consistently received excellent service. The staff is always friendly.

The manager was extremely helpful. Our coupon didn’t register correctly at the register, and we were charged more than expected. He refunded us and took the time to clarify what went wrong. His understanding attitude really impressed us. We will definitely return!

The service was good, the food was decent, and the bathroom was reasonably clean. I deducted one star because they wouldn’t honor a coupon after claiming they accepted it. If you have a Subway coupon from CBS 21 for participating Central PA Subways, be aware that the location on Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg does not accept it. However, they will accept the exact same coupon if it's from the newspaper.
