Sakura Japanese - Mechanicsburg

Today was my first time eating here and I thought the service was amazing and the food was beyond my expectations. This will now be my goto place for sushi. The presentation of the food was pretty awesome, too!

Amid the covid-19 pandemic Sakura still delivers great service and amazing sushi as well. Their menu is very extensive and laid out nicely, and am anxiously waiting for the all you can eat deal to return once it is safe to open indoor dining again. Used to come here once a week and have gotten take out every month or so lately, still great service and restaurant and if you are looking for quality sushi this is the place to go.

Online ordering and payment system were easy. Pick up at store front worked well, too, and take out packaging kept all items safe for transport. The quality of EVERYTHING we ordered was perfect! We were quite thrilled to have this option available to us.

Wonderful variety of sushi, and entrees with a great price to quantity value. This is a really great place to enjoy some of the best sushi I feel in the area. They do not offer The hibachi show that some places do however they more than make up for it in the flavor profiles their of special rolls. They have an entire expanded menu of specialty rolls along with your regular hibachi favorites an all you can eat menu Sunday Thursday And buy one get one for sushi pieces on Friday and Saturday. With unique specials around the holidays and even limited time rolls on holidays as well. The owner typically makes rounds throughout the day asking how different tables are doing and if they're enjoying their food. Giving that personable touch that most modern places lack.

Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant I've ever visited or ordered from. Consistently excellent food and outstanding service!
