Outback Steakhouse - Mechanicsburg

I received several gift cards to Outback for Christmas and have ordered from there multiple times. Each time, the wait has been quite frustrating. The manager, who appeared to be the only one working, actually gave me more gift cards as an apology for the long delays. I've also visited the restaurant in person twice and experienced exceptionally slow service. I don't understand why this is happening, as their previous location on the Pike never had these problems. I hope they can improve soon.

We won't be going back to Outback. It took the waiter over 15 minutes to take our order, and after waiting 35 minutes, we still hadn't received our food. There were only 3 to 4 other tables occupied in the restaurant. Ultimately, we decided to get our food to go because we were so disappointed!

I ordered food for pickup and was told it would take nearly 2 hours. I don't mind waiting for good food, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes for my order. I approached the manager to ask why my pickup took almost 3 hours, and she explained that they were operating with very few staff members. She apologized and offered me a gift card, which I accepted, and she promised to mail it to me. While I understand that the mail can be slow, it's now been a month and I’m still waiting for that gift card. When I finally brought the meal home, my family was very disappointed with the quality. The only way we would consider dining at Outback again is if we receive a gift card due to this unpleasant experience. Having worked for Outback Corporation for 7 years, I know upper management would be disappointed in the service at the Camp Hill location.

We had an excellent curbside service on a snowy Sunday afternoon. The food was hot, delicious, and delivered right on time. It's the best takeout we've had in a long time!

I ordered the filet mignon at Victoria, cooked rare, and it was absolutely amazing. It was incredibly tender and juicy; every bite felt like a delicacy. I would rate it a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend it over other competitors.
