Eckels Ice Cream Fountain

Small towns like Mechanicsburg with their history and charm are where it's at these days, and Eckels reflects that charm and nostalgia with its awesome ice cream and milkshakes! Go for the food, stay for the throwback atmosphere. I recommend it highly.

First time at eckels! Such a neat place. Owners gave us a tour of the place... Very cool! Ice cream was great too!

I love this place! It's like a step back in time and my kids absolutely love walking here. The prices are great and the owners and staff are wonderful!

I've lived in the Mechanicsburg area all my life and finally came here 2 weeks ago. Returned within a week with our grandkids. They loved the Magical Unicorn sugar cones. Great atmosphere, friendly employees and owners. Prices are very reasonable. Sorry it took me so long to get here but, it won't be long till i am back!
