This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. The customer service is terrible and they should consider turning it into a sit-down restaurant because the drive-thru experience is awful.

The bathroom was disgusting dirty They could hear the female employees talking loudly in the back room and nobody came out to serve us. 2 employees stood at the takeout window and the supervisor had to shout further who took the order? one of these employees is always smoking. I saw him go out three times while we were there.
