Boston Pizza - Meadow Lake

Boston pizza is the best restaurant that I have ever been the staff is great and eating is delicious would definitely recommend

I love that the bp is very involved in the community, either by increasing money for local organizations or by providing a lot of things like trivia nights, comedy nights, paint nite and other activities to shake up dinge. great food and drinks! I've never waited for a meal for a long time. the personal is very friendly and teisha is our favorite waitress! great addition to the business world!

First of all I am a fan of Boston Pizza, I have only had bad experiences at 2 out of countless ones I have been to. Meadow Lake BP's is one of the 2 that I have had poor experiences with. With Meadow Lake, it comes down to poor customer service. I ordered a pizza and asked for it to not have an ingredient. Well it came with the ingredient that I had asked it not too. The server asked about my meal and I mentioned this issue. She didn't care, just walked away. That was the last that she came and spoke with me until it was time to pay the bill. Of course no discount or even a sorry. With the limited options in Meadow Lake, I hope that this kind of service gets rectified, McDonalds is pretty close and they usually deliver what you ask for and expect.

Ordered baked spaghetti with 4 meatballs for delivery. They delivered a small pizza correctly but all they delivered for me was 4 meatballs in a container. When I called them they said really and laughed a little waited a long time for delivery. They said sorry about that we deliver it right away. I must have asked for a time since they said they would have to wait for their driver to get back to BP. Just overall frustrating.

We took my Dad for a lunch at this restaurant for Father 's Day as he likes the ribs there. Our waitress took our drink orders and later came back for our food orders. My Dad just wanted onion rings with his rack of ribs, no other sides. She did not tell us that would be a $3 upcharge for this . My husband ordered ribs, too, with 2 of the sides. My Dad ordered iced tea, too. So we got our food and Dad had just the onion rings ribs. Then asked for more iced tea. She took his glass and we had to ask twice for his iced tea. I never got my lemon with my meal nor did my husband get the dressing for his salad until we asked again. She finally returned with the iced tea and the dressing, after our requests! Then when we got the meal and Dad 's meal was $3 more than my husband, we pointed this out to her. She did ask if I wanted to speak with the mgr and I declined. But on the way out from the washroom, I saw the mgr and spoke with her. She apologized for the service and said she would refund for the uncharge on the side. After waiting for about 10 minutes, she comes back and says 'sorry ' I can 't get it to work. Are you kidding me? Very poor service!!! The food was tasty but we will not be back! And this was one of my Dad 's favourite spots!
