Pizza Hut - McRae

Only leaving one star because that’s the only way to leave a review and the McRae Pizza Hit doesn’t even deserve that much. Customer service is trash. Especially Mr Solomon’s. Ordered for delivery and upon arrival he decides to lay on his horn rather than getting out like a delivery person is supposed to. I came to the door he still refused to get out and said “we don’t get out, either you want it or you don’t.” So to his response I informed him that I order at least 3 times out the week and ALL THE DELIVERY PEOPLE usually get out or have enough sense to call when they’re outside. Nobody just sits in the yard and lays on their horn!!! If you don’t like your job, find another one. Order was sent back

Great food and service. My order was prepared in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

The food was Great! But the guy that rang us up acted like I owed him something ..it was a carry out order, nothing crazy. When I went to sign he told and pointed twice where to leave a tip.. didn't give me a chance to do it...I felt bullied into it...not cool

If I could give 0 stars I would lol. The cheap $3 frozen pizza from the dollar general is better than this excuse of a pizza $30 for some garbage.

Waited two hours for an online order and never got it! Every time I called I got someone who barely spoke English and then kept hanging up.
