When it first opened, we loved it and visited frequently. However, in recent years, every time we've gone, the service has been extremely slow, often with waits of over an hour after placing our order. The food is good, but they frequently seem to be out of certain items. If you're looking for a spot to watch a game on TV and have plenty of time to spare, this could be the place for you!

I must start by saying that the service was dreadful. I felt like I knew far too much about my waitress’s personal problems—she was late because she was moving, and her storage unit was unavailable, and she shared various stresses in her life. I could go on and on about it. We ordered our food and waited over 45 minutes for it to arrive. When it finally did, the buffalo chicken sandwich was disappointing: the chicken was extremely thin, dry, and overcooked, while the bun was toasted, likely to mask its staleness. This was just one example of the issues we faced. I had to repeatedly ask our waitress for things and even had to get up from my seat multiple times to follow up. I rarely eat at fast food places like McDonald's, but I’m convinced I would have had a better meal there without the additional drama. The best thing I received at this restaurant was the water, and I’m sure it was just tap water.

It might have just been an off day or maybe due to short staffing, but we had a bit of a rough experience during our visit. Three of us placed our orders, but only half of one meal was served initially, and the rest of that order didn’t arrive until after he finished his wings. The other two meals came out after the first order had already been completed. The fries were soggy and cold, though the French dip was tasty, it was smaller than what you typically find at other places. I had high hopes because most local restaurants in the area tend to be pretty good. I might consider giving it another shot in the future with a different dish, as I understand that staffing issues are a challenge right now.

The manager was rude and condescending. I did not feel welcome and felt belittled.
