Lorenzo's Pub And Pizza - McMurray

Took my 91 year old Aunt here. She loves her pizza. It was good.

Very disappointed with the check out process on check #54 on 8-4-2024. OK it was Sunday evening but the prices for a medium pizza, (5) 12oz soft drinks and a steak canzone included a 3% service fee for takeout and a 15% tip for the service of ringing up the $60 bill on the cash register Powered by Toast. I will not be back ... you guys are way out of line.

Debates reviewing. Awful service however, the girl who took our order apparently was not supposed to take orders. Was old “the table in the back get forgotten sometimes” which I do not believe is an acceptable response. I don’t really understand how someone tells paying clients that but anyways…waited an hour for our pizza to come out. Seems kinda wild for a cheese pizza. I wanted to believe it would be good since the wait was so long but the pizza was so greasy. Over all I might try again but it will be a while. I hope that our experience is not the normal.

Pizza was subpar, overpriced, and you are forced to add tip to total even tho it was a pickup order! Force tipping and practically embarrassing you in front of customers sitting at the bar, is unacceptable Like I said it was a pickup order!

Great pizza if you prefer thinner with less sauce. The wings were great too.
