Was told I was wrong and didn?t know what I was talking about. And thenasked for the manager to leave my contact info and he said ?we don?t do that? and hung up on me
Literally the worst customer service I?ve ever received. Every single time we go through there, there?s an issue. On their door dash menu they only have Diet Coke available. When I called them to see if they could change it to a regular coke the lady saidshe wasn?t supposed to and said she would this time after debating back and fourth with her. She then told me how busy she wasand hung up the phone.
Don't go here! Unprofessional, no regard for their customers and false advertising on there menu. We had missing items from out order and the chicken sandwich is only a chicken strip on bread for $5. The manager didn't seem to care about the inconvenienceand refused to refund for food that I physically brought back and proved was falsely advertised. Based on prior comments, thisestablishment is unlikely to change and should be avoided at all costs.
The lack of professionalism from management starts from the top down at this ?business?. I called this morning to talk to a manager. After a minute of me explaining my situation of a previous order that was messed up, I stopped hearing her respondbecause she set the phone down. She didn?t hang up as I could hear laughter in the background by her and her employees (thelobby is closed so it wasn?t customers). Hopefully these employees get better people skills as I can?t imagine a business withsuch poor leadership succeeding much further than it has.
My order was completely slaughtered a week ago and I spoke with a manager over the phone who told me she would leave my number by the register so I could get those items remade at my convenience. Went through the drive through today and told the lady whotook my order, who happened to be Elizabeth the owner, and she said there was no note. I asked her if she had a manager whosename started with an M that wasn?t an ordinary name (I couldn?t recall what it was) , and if the protocol would have been to putmy number by the register in this situation as I had mentioned. She told me yes but didn?t want to honor my situation in case Iwas lying because ?many people do? according to her. Just know that if you call them because your foods messed up and they sayto come get it remade at your convenience, THEY are lying.
