Chipotle Mexican Grill - McMinnville

Never ever get fajita veggies as a choice. Way over salted and simply not good. Those veggies could have been done much better. Made my bowl inedible.

I ordered online went through the drive thru. The seal was broken, silverware missing, when I opened the container half my food was eaten. I called customer service and getting through to a real person was the worst of any company.

Other chipotle?s are amazing so I know this one could get better. Have ate here several times and it?s always disappointing. Rice is undercooked, chips are super salty, pinto beans are spicy sometimes, and workers need better training with making burritos and mostly with better customer service. In the drive through they ask your name, hand you your food, and go back to talking with their friends. No thank you or have a good day... I can?t wait until they get things figured out then I?d love to change my review.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered online and when we got our food by delivery the rice was crunchy, my burrito had very little meat and no guacamole, my wife?s burrito was cold. We got the wrong drinks and my kids order was wrong. With all the negative comments I can?t believe this place is still operating.

My husband and I decided to try out the local Chipotle store for dinner last night. We just didn't feel like making anything since we've been so busy moving. We both got burrito bowls, and the person assisting us did a nice job. We're glad to have a Chipotle nearby, and will definitely be back.
