Starbucks - McMinneville

The service is terrible. After three minutes of waiting at the cash register, no one came up to take my order. Although there were 7 employees in the room. And everyone walked past me...And your coffee doesn't taste good.

I really loved there Christmas cookies. Wish they would carry more of a verity of cookies.

DONT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY everything TAST like water they water everything down the customer service is horrible I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch and they give me no crunch and BARLEY ANY CARAMEL I got a cake pop and I took a bite and it crumbled in my hands it tasted like it's been sitting in a warehouse for 10 years save your money and go support a small business

Everyone is nice and polite here. But unfortunately, they don’t make online orders ready on time, it seems online orders are not their priority!!! So I always should wait long for even a small order (I saw others have this problem too).And also there is a gal between staffs who has long blonde hair and wearing glasses that she is not nice and always has attitude. It seems she doesn’t know who is the customer and she should do her job perfect and don’t make a difference between anyone…

This is for the Starbucks location near Albertsons in McMinnville, OR. I placed an online order for pickup inside. Arrived at least 5 minutes after our pickup time, and our order was ready but on the opposite side of the counter from where customers could pick up their online orders. There were seven employees working and there were zero customers waiting to be helped. We were the only customers at the counter.,My husband and I stood there for a few minutes, waiting to be acknowledged, and no one even acknowledged that we were standing at the pick up counter. We spoke up and tried to catch two employees attention, and neither one would even acknowledge we were there. We could see that our order was ready however, we would have needed to walk around the counter to the employee side in order to get our order. After waiting for several minutes, I finally tried to get the attention of an employee again and they acted like we were an inconvenience. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had at a Starbucks ever. Every single one of the seven employees that were up front acted like robots, and refused to even acknowledge our existence. It appears that some serious customer service training is needed at this location. If I could give zero stars I would!!
