Mcdonald's - McMinneville

Waited 45 mins for a McChicken and fries, while staff goofed off with each other. 10 mins, I understand, but almost an hour for a sandwich and fries?

Drive up see ads on building buy 1 get 1 for a dollar, I order two big macs , go to windows to pay 9.98 . Says they don't offer that any more, that another crew takes and puts up ads, I said you need to get them down or respect the add. We can't he said so I paid and then was told to pull into spot 3 till they were done. It soon arrived, pulled into parking spot, to eat , they were not fresh, quite cold. Never go there again.

Their Customer service sucks! Actually WHAT Customer service. They ignore everyone standing at the counter and you get their attention while they are all(6 employees) standing there chit chatting! They act like you inconvenience ld them! And they get paid HOW MUCH! work ethics are out the door these days! Also I door dash and they really treat dashers horribly!!!

Always hit or miss, never know if you'll get what you want/paid for, asked and paided for a medium strawberry milkshake and ended up getting a small Carmel frappe from them, not sure if their ice cream machine broke or what, they didn't give much of an explanation just asked if I wanted something else to drink

Came on 05/04 and was given the wrong order at the window!!! So much for using the mobile app!! Long wait time. Drive thru takes forever. Horrible customer service.Came and gave them another try. I placed a pick up order. They told me they would be with me in a minute then proceeded to help everyone on the other drive thru lane before I was even helped. I was forgotten until I started saying “hello?” To the speaker.
