We have our favorite taco truck in salem , la paloma, the street taco and sauces here are a very close 2nd, our choice when in McMinnville.
Everything you could want or expect in a food cart. Premium authentic mexican food cart with plenty of amazing tacos (and more) plus beer to go with it. Outdoor seating only but great for takeout.

The best al pastor in Mac. The staff is so friendly, food is made freshly and it is consistent. Their salsas are the best around as well. Love the staff!
