Chipotle Mexican Grill - McLean

Usually good with this place but today was god awful. Double meat was not double. The 5 Chips in the bag were inedible stale. Will NOT be going to this chipotle again

This store is awful. EVERY TIME we go they are out of items! This location closes at 10:00PM and at 7PM they are out of either rice, quac., tortillas or something else. My kids eat here after high school sports practice at least 3 times a week and this is now the new NORMAL. We tried to order cheese quesadilla and were informed that they don't make them for in store orders until after 7:30PM so the line doesn't get held up. THERE WAS NOONE ELSE IN THE STORE! As loyal customers and consumers...this store is just unacceptable.

This is legit the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to in my entire life. I went at lunch time, the restaurant was empty. they were promoting barbacoa and didn’t have any? I asked if I could wait and he said it would be 25 minutes until they had it? how is that possible. they give THE smallest portions. i am not stingy and i always understand the hustle of working in the fast food industry but all of the workers are rude. they don’t seem to have anyone cooking in the back there were 6 people on the line. an absolute mess.

Today I went to eat here and they have bad service, they had old food and they didn't even have all the food ,I saw only a few things and almost all the tables were dirty. I was there at 4, and I I was trying to talk with mangers but he wasn’t there that’s why I’m writing .

Got dinner to-go, 6pm Saturday. The food was tasty... but ice cold. And the chips were stale. And though I requested extra rice, extra beans, extra fajitas, and extra sauce, the bowl was somehow less than half full. I just read a few other reviews suggesting that this establishment frequently rations its portions or is just plain out of an ingredient. Last time I went here (a while ago), during lunch, they told me they were out of the chicken al pastor, while proudly displaying the TRY OUR NEW CHICKEN AL PASTOR! signs everywhere. Just finished my nearly half-filled bowl of extra everything and am still hungry. Next time I 'll drive the extra 5 minutes to go to one of the other locations.
