The bartender mentioned that he recognized our order name but thought it was still being prepared in the back. Then, a kitchen staff member came out and delivered another order, asking my husband for the name on our order. It had clearly been sitting on the counter for a while. When he finally brought it home, all of our food was cold. I attempted to reheat the fries, but they only got worse. My burger was terrible. We called and spoke with Josh, who assured me that the manager would call me today about a refund. However, we never received that call, and despite several attempts to reach them this evening, no one has answered the phone. I can't believe we spent $43 on this! It was awful, and what's worse is the complete lack of follow-up.
Ordered via Uber eats. Mushroom burger was ordered medium rare came fine and truffle fries were fab. My short stack order as medium tho... was wellllllll done ???????????. Who burns a burger unless a backyard bbq novice.
We also ordered the Philly Cheese Steak, and I appreciated that the melted cheese was served on the side. This meant I could enjoy my sandwich without needing a fork, plus it remained fresh and toasty rather than mushy. And let's talk about the truffle parmesan fries—oh my goodness, they were fantastic! The aroma of the truffles wafted through the bag and was simply divine. Clearly, they didn't hold back on flavor with those! Both the fries and the buffalo cauliflower were beautifully presented, even in takeout containers. I also want to commend the restaurant for their choice of packaging; I despise plastic and was pleased to see they opted for paper and cardboard whenever possible. Thank you so much for your attention to detail!
We were eager to try this restaurant due to the glowing reviews, but unfortunately, it was our first and last visit. The person taking our order lacked any enthusiasm and seemed disinterested in being there. The burgers were decent but far from remarkable, and the cheese fries were just mediocre and definitely not worth the $11 price tag. With so many great burger spots in town, this one simply does not measure up. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a better dining experience.

Eventually, someone from the kitchen came out, delivered an order to another customer, and asked my husband for the name on our order, which had been sitting on the counter for a while. When he finally brought the food home, everything was cold. I attempted to reheat the fries, but they only got worse. My burger was terrible. We called and spoke with Josh, who informed me that the manager would call me today regarding a refund. However, we never received a call. I’ve tried reaching out several times this evening, but no one answers the phone. I can't believe we spent $43 on this! It was awful, and what's even more frustrating is the lack of follow-up.
