Subway - McKinney

I usually don’t write bad reviews but this time I had to. unfortunately my visit at this subway was not pleasant because of one of the employees that I believe she is around 40 or 50. When I would try to order and make her job easier she would interrupt me and would not let me order the correct sandwiches I wanted. She was giving me a rude attitude and made the sandwiches VERY messy. They did not taste like subway!! Very disappointed. I write it so no one else go through this with her!!

Love this subway location, the employees there really make the sandwiches with care. I have to say something negative about the food or the staff...

Today I went to the subway to grab a sandwich, there was a sign on the door that masks are REQUIRED, so I wore a mask. I was horrified to find the lady who made the sandwiches has no mask on and accepted cash from the guest in front of me and did not change her gloves before I made my sandwich. I have never had a problem on the subway, but given the pandemic I hope you will see the staff breaking additional precautions instead of their own published rules. Very disappointed.

Good service, decent sandwich. Don't have spicy mustard though. Thank you to the employee who washed his hands before putting on the gloves to serve us and he was quick.
