Sonic Drive-in - McKinney

Sonic may take longer than other fast food restaurants, but their food can be superior! We had a pleasant experience during our visit, although they did forget our child's drinks. However, they quickly addressed the mistake with a sincere apology and we left satisfied.

Johnathan was incredibly kind and brought me my food quickly, along with all the sauces I would need, without me even having to ask for them.

Everything has been delicious lately! I always make sure to tip the car hop, but I don't like it when they keep all the change. What do they do with all that change from everyone? As someone on a fixed income, I collect my change and cash it in at the bank around Christmas time.

It was reasonably quick and they got our order right. They showed good customer service

I understand that people have problems with the labor shortage situation but this location has super slow service, to the extent that i usually avoid it altogether. I decided to stop in today because they didn't appear too busy but it still took about 15 minutes to get a cherry limeade and two vanilla cones. They don't offer ordering ahead either, so i will probably just continue going to other Sonic locations in the future
