Pizza Hut Express - McKinney

I was very apprehensive about ordering from here given the 2 star rating, but understanding this is Pizza Hut and not a pizzeria, this location wasn't all that bad. One thing that's pretty cool is that they have a drive thru window so if you opt in for contactless pickup, there's no need to get out of your car. The staff was pretty friendly and chill, and our pizzas were made to perfection which is important since we customize the hell out of them and they tasted great.

Like the reviews say, the pizza is decent, but the staff here are horrible. Not all the staff I suppose, but everyone Ive dealt with especially what appears to be a manager or shift lead. He's a total condescending, dismissive a and doesnt even try to act like he gives a **** about your concerns. Also troubling is that no one here cares if your order is wrong. They literally just shrug. I like pizza hut. But not this one or the guy who seems to run it. Its literally like the dicks last resort of pizza huts. Buy a pizza and get treated like s for free. Im done with this place, which is too bad, they used to be good. If you have to order from here, try delivery. Maybe their drivers are less dickish, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Very disappointed about PIZZA HUTS quality food. Used to be the best pizzas ever, but yesterday I paid almost $50.00 for 3 pizzas and look what I get

I placed a order for pick up for 2 pizzas they should have been 12 per each I ended up paying $40 terrible business not first time I had bad employee experience here

Horrible customer service. They'll lose your order and claim they didn't receive it and night employees, including manager are rude. Tried to reside the issue in a calmly manner and if you don't agree with what they're saying, they hang up in your face. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I rather drive 10 miles extra to the next one. Neber had an issue until now. Train your workers better please. If we have proof of an order, there's no way you can tell me that I didn't place an order.
