Kfc - McKinney

I had the worst experience at KFC. The chicken was undercooked, the cookies were as hard as rocks, and my order was incorrect. I will be reaching out to KFC corporate about this.

Do not visit this restaurant! It was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The food was unseasoned and tasteless, making me and my family feel sick. When I tried to contact them to address the issue after spending $28 on dinner, they did not answer the phone or respond to my messages. They even refused to refund my money. The management was unprofessional and provided a fake company number when I asked for it. Avoid this place at all costs!

In this week we gave. but it was as hot in the lobby as it was outside. they turned off the A/C. eat and sweat?

From this over ubereats. my order came nothing was sealed. the bag was wide open and the soda was completely free when she arrived at my doorstep. there were no utensils or serviettes and no honey sauce for my cookies. very disappointed?

This KFC is not the norm. I ordered a 20 piece chicken and it was severely undercooked. The fried chicken wasn't fried. It wasn't golden brown but looked gray. The batter fell off the chicken when you picked it up. It was as if the fryer was on low. I took it back and they gave me a replacement...I threw it away upon coming home.This KFC didn't taste like KFC and I will never go there again.Eat at this KFC, at Eldorado in Mckinney, at your own risk!!!
