Bad experience ever!!! I went through the ride thru at 8 first the lady in the drive thru didn't get my order right after she told me my order 3 times she still wrong ..after I pulled up crazy the 2 employees just looked at each other and with me and the order screen she couldn't go out what my order was I waited 10 minutes and she didn't take my payment she finally gave me my Oh, so I had to put wrong but it was the This Ass deserved

I put an order on a friend who was just sourdough Ckn Combo. Friend said, I don't think she can understand English (the CSR that works the drive-thru at 2:00). I received my order as a simply fried dumplings with cheese on a regular bread. When I came back to the drive-thru to give it back, I could say clearly that she didn't understand me that I told her that the order was wrongly prepared 3 times until I finally said I needed the mgr. The MOD came and corrected the whole order apologised for the error and that was all good, but the damage had already been done. I was on my lunch break and had to extend the time. To give me a free cake, the time lost from waiting for an order will not be replaced because your worker is not bilingual.

The food was okay. It wasn't the biggest, but certainly not the worst. My food was hot, but the service was an absolute wreck. Make an online order 20 minutes earlier and came to pick it up. The order was not on the shelf and the employees were busy talking to each other.
