Firehouse Subs Eldorado Plaza

Picked up an order I had placed through doordash and went to use the restroom before I walked out but was told I couldn't because I wasn't a paying customer... Not sure how I didn't qualify as one but I'll be going to Great Outdoors sub shop down the street from now on.

I visited Firehouse Subs for a quick, late night snack. Per usual, I had the New York Steamer. Overall it was good but I've had better tasting ones at other locations. It was a tad dry (needed more Italian dressing) and a bit more meat would have been nice. With that said, the employees provided excellent service and were quick to answer any questions that I had.

Guy at the register acted like he was put out when I asked questions. The Firehouse in Rowlett makes better sandwiches.Food: 4/5
