I tried this place on a whim, and waited a little over 30 minutes for my sandwich. I ordered the El Cuban, And let me tell you it was worth every one of those minutes that I waited!! The pulled pork and the ham on the sandwich tasted scratch made, whether they were or not I do not know, but it melted in your mouth. The sandwich was huge and when I looked at it I thought, I’ll probably only be able to eat half of this. Hahahaha Who was I kidding? Whole thing gone no regrets…… maybe a few regrets ….but it was delicious. Go get one.

I tried this food truck back in a July at Caldwell Park in Princeton! We were there to donate blood but had to wait because they were not setup yet! I was extremely hungry and always wanted to try Puerto Rican food, it 's hard to find a restaurant that only serves Puerto Rican food! Anyway I tried several items suggested by the gentlemen and his wife who own the truck and met their Fabulous son as well! Everything I got excellent! The meat was juicy and tender and so flavorful! This family is passionate about what they do and they put their whole foot down n this food ! Please try this truck and don 't read negative postings make your own opinion and I bet you will not be disappointed! I continue to frequent this food truck!

We needed some coffee halfway home from Denton and stumbled on this food truck park and Eddie's place was here. All I saw was Puerto Rican and I was sold! I can't believe I found this little gem. So good and an authentic PR menu! I'll be back! ??

This is my 4 th day in Texas moved from Wisconsin and One of the best Puerto Rican food I had in years. Highly recommend this place for good quality food. Owner is friendly and made the way like it spicy ??
