Dunkin' - McKinney

The service here is fashionable and friendly. The drive-thru is super convenient. Our drinks were spot on, and the donuts were fresh. Overall, it's a typical Dunkin', but the friendly staff really make it stand out. I would definitely recommend it!

The donuts are fantastic! I really enjoyed the brownie crumble. The double chocolate had an interesting flavor that was a bit salty yet sweet. The blueberry and strawberry varieties were also quite tasty.

I took my family to 1/17 and witnessed a troubling incident involving the manager, who was a large, disheveled man. He rushed into the bathroom after an employee and started banging on the door. When the employee finally came out, they appeared visibly disturbed. Shortly after that, we heard the manager yelling and using foul language at the staff in an aggressive manner. It was so alarming that I had to take my kids out of the restaurant, as they were frightened by the scene. I truly feel for the employees who have to endure this type of management. I will not be returning with my family, and if you’re sensitive to such unprofessional behavior from management, I would advise you to think twice before visiting as well.

We had to drive to the street at 18:30, just to say they had limited donuts in stock. About 4 different donut flavors. What kind of place that has “donuts” in its name have limited amounts of donuts. They close at 9:00 so you can't tell me it's because they were close. They had 2 and half an hour of business. What makes it even worse is that we went to the other DD of 380 and Hardin, the HAD NO DONUTS AT ALL, which is why we drove the additional 10 minutes to this Custer Rd location. As in the world, two DD sites have no donuts. What a waste of time. Never again.
