Cookies Mexican Cafe - McKinney

If you're in the McKinney area and craving authentic Mexican food, Cookie's is the place to go. I think they’re open from 7 AM to 3 PM. We dropped by around 1 PM and it was quite bustling. The food was fantastic, and both of my coworkers are eager to come back. If you’re watching your diet, this might not be the best choice as it could derail your efforts! Also, I have to mention that the churros were exceptional.

As a self-proclaimed breakfast burrito lover, I was excited to try something new with my son. We decided to visit Cookies after seeing the great reviews, and it did not let us down! The burrito was huge for only $10, perfectly satisfying both our breakfast and lunch cravings. The salsas had a delightful kick, and the ranchero sauce was so tasty that I could have eaten it by the bowl. Great job, Cookies! I’ll definitely return soon!

Finding this restaurant can be a little challenging, and parking can be a bit of a hassle, but the food is simply amazing! The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I tried the birria beef tacos, and I believe they also have a traditional goat option. The salsa that comes with the tacos is delicious, but I personally preferred the green salsa! The establishment was quite busy, yet the food was served in a timely manner. I can’t wait to go back!

First time here.. the food is good, the horchata is awesome .. will be back to try more on the menu

Very very good ! I was skeptical at first because of the name but it was definitely authentic Mexican food despite the name! I would definitely recommend
