I was in the Hardin location for my sons birthday with my 67 year dad (who is on crutches because he blew out his knee 3 days before). They kicked us out of the dinning room and when I asked if we could take a chair outside while we eat our ice cream they told us no. He had already been sitting in the chair while we all got our ice cream. We arerr the only ones in the stor but they still kicked us out.

It was too good, better than all the other BR locations.They had more variety and good customer service.

This place is not good for customer service at all, first of all no tastings for any ice cream, we got pineapple coconut icecrem and it tasted stale. We were just standing and eating ice cream inside because it was too hot and the employee said the dining area is not open so go out, these people are not worth the visit, there are other ice creams shops with much better flavors and exp.

I had a panic attack today because I was asked to wear a mask. NO ONE who is exempt should be made to wear a mask. if your business is so worried about germs, you might want to ask your employees to wear gloves when touching peoples ice cream cones with their bare hands. germs DO spread that way too.
