Bahama Buck's - McKinney

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly, and the service was incredibly slow. The line moved at a snail's pace. As for the drinks, they were just okay.

I've been visiting Bahama Bucks since 2015 at the Lewisville location, and I've been coming to this location since 2019, so I know how their treats should taste. My family and I went there on Sunday and were incredibly disappointed. We ordered four sno cones and a Mango Tango, and none of them were good. The sno cones barely had any syrup, so they just tasted like ice. You can see how pale the color is. Additionally, we ordered flat tops, and they weren't even filled. The Mango Tango had an odd flavor and wasn't sweet at all.

If you want the La Croix of Shaved Ice , then this is the place to go. I have been two days in a row now and both times my orders hardly tasted like anything. One of them I ordered were still white underneath the juice. I had been going to the Frisco location and they have always been busy and never had any issues there; but, this location is always dead and still take forever to make the orders.

I saw one of the employees eating shaved ice during the busy rush hour, which was disappointing. I ended up waiting over 30 extra minutes for my online order. I won’t be returning here and recommend trying a more local spot instead. I suggest TC Shaved Ice, where they have a great variety of flavors and much faster service.

Slow service. Don't have anywhere to be when coming here. Expect to wait. No issues with my shaved ice orders yet. But I won't be getting a smoothie here again, since it was the consistency of juice. This place needs an adult supervisor on shift at all times to keep these teenagers on task. Seems unorganized. Probably why service is slow. I have yet to see a person over 18 working here. From the looks of it, I question the cleanliness of this place. It just looks kinda dirty. In my opinion, couple of dudes should have their hair pulled back, since they are working with food. Hopefully y'all will get it together.
