Arby's - McKinney

Just avoid this place. But I was only recently here where he was downhill. I came after Thanksgiving and the food smells rotten so I didn't finish it. Last night sat again and so sick within an hour after dinner. I propose not to get into this facility. I'm not one who ever gets sick, especially with food. Don't eat here, go somewhere else. They have bad food, long lines and seem like they can't keep any employees. Always manage different people.

Something's going on with this place. Turn around? A caller? I've been here five times (above recently) and the food is somehow three out of five, so the two star ratings. The last time I bought a single cookie. They looked like no one I'd ever seen in an arby... almost as if they had taken the frozen dough and put it on the display. I took my chances... was asked if I would like to heat it up (from a super nice employee, I admit). She gave it to me in a bag. When I came into the car, I saw that the entire cookie literally had dissolved into a strange lump Goo that clung to the bottom of the bag. I didn't want to handle the wait, so I ate my hot goo and left. Other times the wait was super long, with one or two exceptions. I want to send them a good card soon because I always loved Arby's food... but I'm going to different places now.

I came to dinner tonight. Ordered the 2 for 6 menu and they tried to calculate me full price. They fixed this issue there after they brought it to their attention. Had to wait too long for dinner. I came home and the sweet potato fryers were ice cold, the curley fries were warm. This situation is closer, but I think I will be back to the university site from now on.

My favorite place for delicious cheap food. It was so fresh. Nothing but pleasant experiences here. Bring your hungry portions are generous.

Visited today at noon! Basic order from menu. Bun on roast beef was toasted way too much--almost burnt. Why was it toasted on the outside? I aye in the parking lot. My Sandwich AND sweet potato fries were barely warm. Disappointing. I've visited this location many times, but this is the 1st time since Covid. I hope they get back to what I remembered.
