Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

My last few trips to this location have been disappointing. I recently visited over the weekend, not busy at all and no line. I am disappointed with the portion sizes. I’m not sure if the girl working was new or not. After my order was taken (large chocolate custard , large vanilla custard with chocolate sprinkles and I added on a pup cup) the girl came back to the window 5x time to ask my order and which one had sprinkles. And then forgot the pup cup. Which is fine when in training, we can all be patient. The portion size though was not a large for the amount we’re being charged. I frequent this location often since it’s close to home but after these last few trips I doubt I’ll be returning.

Love the fall custard flavors, Cheesecake and pumpkin

This location has always gotten our orders correct and the quality of the desserts has never let us down. Recently got to enjoy the summer mermaid gelati special and it was both delicious and adorable with the sprinkles and bright blue tropical ice color. Hubby and I love to grab a sweet treat here in the summer, sit on the rocks and look over at the cemetery.

The attitudes of the people who work there are extremely off putting. They act as if we should feel honored to have them serve us. Its a turn off. I haven't experienced this at any other Rita's, but this one...do better....

I always love Rita's but this location is the best I promise you!
