The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the staff, especially at the drive-thru, are not very friendly. I encountered a lack of patience and rudeness when asking a question. Additionally, when inquiring about substituting one side for another, the upcharge was not disclosed until receiving the receipt. This felt more like an upgrade than a substitution to me.

I ordered 2 gyros, and my son and I felt ill the following day. The food and service have definitely declined. I will not be returning due to the rude employees at the drive-thru.

I experienced extremely poor service at the drive-thru and I want to warn you that there were ants coming out of the Coke at one of their locations. Be cautious.

Cashier at the window was super nice and helpful with my allergies. I really appreciated them going out of their way to check a food item for me. ???? Otherwise service was quick food was good.

Food is always on point. Staff is friendly. Never had a problem there and I order there more than I should.
