Small town, homey vibe. Food is fresh and hot. Chimichanga tortilla shell softer than I prefer. The beans were pulverized to a silky smooth, creamy texture only suitable for eating with chips. The cheese dip is the perfect recipe mix. Meaning it was delivered to the table and was edible the whole time it was on the table. (No dried up hard bowl of cheese here! The chips are my favorite! Each bite super thin, super light, super crispy with a slight finish of buttery bliss at the end. Delicious. The waitress was just the right amount of attentive and not over kill. The price point: 1-chimichanga dinner, 1-cheese dip, 1-soda $20.47. If you are in the area give them a try.

This restaurant is in desperate need of more waitstaff and may want to reconsider opening if they can't adequately serve their customers in a timely manner. There were only about 20 patrons present, yet there was just one waiter, while several children stood around without any clear idea of what to do. We had to ask the person cleaning tables for water refills and to place our order after waiting for 20 minutes. After more than 45 minutes without food and no updates on when it would arrive, we decided to leave. We’ve dined here before and enjoyed the food, but it’s simply not worth the lengthy wait in a mostly empty restaurant, especially after driving 30 minutes to get there.

The waitstaff is significantly understaffed, causing a long delay in receiving service at the beginning. They are much slower compared to most Mexican restaurants. However, the chicken and shrimp were fantastic, while the steak was quite tough. Overall, the food was good, and the prices were excellent! We will definitely return.

My family and I went to this establishment and found a dead fly under the chips they gave us to go along with our salsa. Honestly, I didn't mind finding a dead fly under the chips. I understand that things happen. I'm from the South and love to grill, so I know how insects can get. But what I don't appreciate is when the manager of an establishment doesn't seem to care that you found a dead fly in your food, and the only thing they offer you is more chips. Our food was delivered to our table, and I didn't notice the fly until my family, and I ate most of the chips. Why would we want more chips if our food is in front of us? I didn't inquire about receiving a free meal because that is what should have been offered in the first place. I encouraged my partner to go ahead and eat her food, but I told the manager to take mine back. I lost my appetite and was very disappointed in how the manager handled the situation. Overall, the place wasn't up to par for me anyway. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the restaurant didn't seem very clean either. My family and I don't ever plan on returning to this business. P.S. Imagine how many flies or insects have landed on your food if you can find a dead fly in or around your food.

Place used to be real friendly until recently. Customer service went downhill past couple of visits and trying to be seated can take 30 mins with open tables and far from a packed house. Staff will walk right by you without even casting a glance in your direction even though you?ve been standing there for 15-20 minutes. Unless you?re one of there regulars, they don?t care to make any new business. Most of the good reviews are either one of them or just friends of the owners trying to affect the ratings score
