Papa Johns Pizza - McDonough

I wish I could go negative stars in this area because this place is simply unacceptable ridiculous. we had misplaced our order several times. super late deliveries (also with estimated time 1 st) we had long waiting times and our order canceled without notification. tonight we decided to give them another attempt after almost a year of non-ordering and the delivery ruber put our order on the trunk or my car and left! never said a word, never made a sound, literally not knowing any kind. almost 2 hours waiting for our order and it is out there for who knows how long, broken with the seals. I'm so livid. No one would answer the phone. done.

I ordered 3 pizzas for my family @9:15pm here it is 12:24am and we still don?t have our pizza I called the location and all the manager can say was she had no drivers and it could be however long she don?t know and on top of that didn?t even want to give me some type of discount this is just ridiculous this place has been slowly going down hill and I?ve been a customer for over 9 years plus. Never ever again will I order from here!

I ordered from Keys Ferry location which is right down the road from me. My order was prepared at the Racetrack Road location. I wouldn 't have ordered if I had known that would happen. After waiting over an hour I called to check on the order. I was told it would help greatly if I could come and get it because we have no drivers. If you have no drivers, why in the hell are you taking delivery orders? I cancelled the order! The Racetrack road location needs to be shuttered, the management is incompetent, including Shaq.

I placed an order online and got my food in a timely manner. The pizza was absolutely amazing. Could not have been better. And the delivery guy was awesome and friendly. I wish they were all as professional as him.

Hair baked into pizza. Hair nets are super essential. Will not be eating this pizza. Please provide a contact number for a regional manager. Thank you
