Tried the chicken soup and it was not awful. Curbside pickup was great! The broccoli cheddar soup was really good

This location is our favorite lunch stop when traveling cross country! The staff from top down are all friendly and very good at what they do! The food is always excellent, and they don't overcook the baguettes like most locations, so you can actually chew them without giving yourself TMJ! On this visit in mid-July (pandemic), there was a need to tighten up the housekeeping a bit. Lots of burned out light bulbs, and messy/dirty.

I placed an online order for pick-up, and the gentleman working the pick-up window was polite and my food came out correct, fresh, and on time. Everything was great. Bathrooms were clean. I also must comment that the man working the pick-up area was on the receiving end of complaints and demands, and he remained professional and courteous despite everything. I was impressed, and I would be happy to hire this type of person in my own establishment. Overall a positive road trip experience. Thank you Panera!

I love the coffee deal. The food is okay. They probably could put more meat on their sandwiches. The part with meat was good and the part of the sandwich without meat tasted just like bread. I had a cinnamon bun and the first one was delicious but he second one was just good. I once picked up curbside and that took awhile a d when I hot my order they left off the drink. I think Panera could be awesome if they put more meat on the sandwiches.
