Dunkin' - McDonough

It's 2:00 PM, and I've been to Dunkin' Donuts for the second day in a row. I really think they need to reconsider their staff or reevaluate their work processes.

Placed my trip thru order coffee at 9:45 and came in the window to receive it at 10:11. Despite the trip, the coffee was hot and fresh. If you have anything to do or be somewhere, I would advise another place.

The slowest Dunkin'! I live just two minutes away, and this place is consistently very slow, no matter the time or day. I ended up waiting 20 minutes!

Slowest Dünkin Store ever! Every day this place always takes 5 or 10 min for a car to complete their order. You should literally spend all your staff for the amount of laziness and inability to spend coffee. People have jobs to go and you can't handle giving coffee in time. Painful.

I don't even know why I go to this place. There is no reason why it takes 10 minutes for a drink when there are 3 cars each waiting ten minutes! I just can not figure it out. I like the customer usually but I CAN NOT stand the long wait for what seems like no reason.
