I first say what my problem was....Service....We came and ordered drinks and our server asked if we wanted water, and we told her. It took about 30 minutes until our drinks came out and in the meantime we went before and ordered meals. Our drinks came out with our meals and they tasted like pure juice. But for $5, I knew what I got? One of the drinks was wrong, so we sent it back. There were 20 minutes before we got the corrected drink and we were basically finished with our meals. Should I even mention that we have never received our water before. I asked for another order of delicious croissants when we got our food and never got it. Outside the whole, the food was delicious. Land fried steak, shrimps Alfredo Pasta, shrimps and buffalo packs. I was a little annoyed that they didn't prepare everything they needed for the new Orleans Pasta at 4:00, which made me settle for the Alfredo Pasta. I will definitely give this place another attempt because of food and hope that they are able to get staff to better experience for their customers

The food was good. But the service was not great, our actual server only arrived 30 minutes after sitting. Luckily the host came up and got our appetizers and drinks.

At first everything went well; we sat and received a warm welcome. But everything went down when I got my order. I was very horrified when I overturned my Speck Cheeseburger... The BUN HAD did it! I'd say it was handled pretty fast, but that was just because we got 2 people from our party. The manager was professional about it and took it out of our order, but when I got my remake, the ranch had hair in it! Not only was my order made twice, we were the only party with PLASTIC SILVERWARE! I am not one that brings things to the extreme, but that was a very unacceptable experience. Needless to say, we will never dinate here again.

I don't know how this facility stays in business, but obviously the business is booming. Waiting was Wack, the service was Wack, the food was Wack. The poor waitress (can be her first day) didn't even know that they served Miller lite? We came before 8 and went out after 11:30. For me, this is just a part-time shift at every job. Cleaning products at our table we had to ask to be moved because we could smell them. Skip the house Strawberry Limmonade . The painkiller was 50% ice, which translates to 70% water. Smh just an under-average culinary experience all around.

Wait time was less than expected, which was great! Waitress provided the bare minimum in service. Not once were we asked if we wanted or needed a refill. One of our appetizers came out once we were almost finished eating our entrées. Yes, it was removed from the bill. We had to ask for several things (condiments) that we'd ask for when ordering and then wait a very long time before receiving them. I've been dining here for a very long time and have never received this type of customer service.
