Whataburger - McAllen

I had a very disappointing experience at this Whataburger today. The employee in the picture spoke to me in a rude tone and even yelled at me in front of other customers. There was no reason for her to raise her voice. I had a dine-in order, and she seemed upset about having to bring it to my table.

Like always everything is in the middle of the bread, mustard, lettuce, pickle and tomato, everything needs to be spread out so you can taste a really good whataburger. Check out the pictures.

The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. The food is consistently excellent, and if there's any issue, they'll ensure it's rectified. Parking can be a bit limited during the lunch rush, but it's still manageable.

The staff was great as always, but this time it seemed like they added too much mustard to the burgers. The dominant flavor was the mustard, and I don’t remember it being like that before.

When they make a mistake in the app they make it right. Most of the time, management has been GREAT! However, and this is an isolated incident, if you get out of your vehicle to let them know you're missing items or that you were given attitude by thedrive thru person, they do NOTHING about it. Judge a book by its cover much? Moral of the story: always order through the app.
