Whataburger - McAllen

I didn?t care for it! My sister wanted to go she heard it was really good! The food was very warm that was nice, but in the fried onion rings you could taste the cooking oil I think it needed to be changed. I won?t go again. Not for me.

Alexia took our order today. She was very sweet and helpful! They didn't have the Monterrey but she was able to substitute for something similar which was great. She was also very attentive. Overall, my experience here was great thanks to her!!

I had recommended the peppercorn ranch spicy chicken club after a young man who works there. I have added tweepers, pickles, senf and mayo. it was so good. I wish I had made a photo, it was perfect. there was a very long line that is expected and completely understandable. we all want delicious food at midnight. that was totally worth waiting. the gentleman who supplied me the food in the window was very friendly and polite.

Arrived to this location on North 23rd McAllen, NO VEHICLES in front of us either. Not only did they not know how to use their own coupons (buy 1 meal, get 1 free whataburger), we have been waiting for already 15 minutes and vehicle after vehicle has been served and well on their way.

Juan was very nice, and his customer service was outstanding. He made the visit inside very welcoming. While I was waiting for a to go order he offered his assistance to my daughter and my self. Hermade sure that we were comfortable. I was very impressed by his attention towards his customers. Thank you
