Subway - McAllen

We waited in the drive-thru for nearly 45 minutes. It took 20 minutes to receive half of our order, and they forgot to make the third sandwich. We waited an additional 20 minutes for the missing sandwich.

The employees at this restaurant were sarcastic and made remarks about the wait time for my order. I apologize for inconveniencing them by approaching another employee first.

I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday at 7:30pm. Unfortunately, they had run out of soup and the bread was not fresh, in fact, it was quite stale. The two employees were just average, and the overall service was not up to par. I left feeling very disappointed.

Snarky employees comment on how much time it took for me to get my order. I'm sorry I bothered you all by stopping another one first. ?
