Subway - McAllen

The staff at this restaurant is extremely rude, ignoring customers while rudely counting out their payment. The ingredients were of low quality and the salad was stale.

The sandwich was incredibly big and delicious, I absolutely loved it.

The customer service at this restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced. Despite there being no other customers present, it took approximately 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. The waitress explained that she was busy dealing with a supplier, which I understood, but there were two other employees in the small office who could have assisted me instead.

Clean restaurant friendly and helpful customer service sofia was very nice thanks food was delicious

Tha lady has bad attitude.No soap in the restroom.There are ants in the tables.No air conditioning.No credit cards accepted.
