I would suggest that the kitchen adds a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper to the tomatoes when assembling the sandwiches; it truly makes a world of difference! I really enjoyed the tomato soup too; it was flavorful and had a pleasantly chunky puree texture. Overall, this restaurant feels more like a novelty, and it’s a shame their specialties don't live up to the potential.
Gabriel was incredibly helpful and patient in explaining not only the pies but also the drinks. He was so enthusiastic about us trying the beverages—especially since one of us isn't a fan of coffee—that we both ended up ordering coffee drinks and we both loved them! We can't wait to try the pies we bought. This was our first visit to the new location, and for a long time, we sadly thought they had closed down. We happened to be driving by and saw the sign! Our stomachs are happy, and we will definitely be back!
My husband and I stopped by for a snack and had a wonderful experience. We shared the Gobbler Pie and a slice of apple pie, both of which were delicious! The service was friendly and the atmosphere was warm. Our baby enjoyed looking at the artwork on the ceiling as well.
I’m not a fan of the new location; it doesn’t have the same inviting atmosphere as the old one. I ordered the blueberry, basil, and goat cheese pie, which is usually great, but this time the slice felt a bit small, and at $7.00, it seemed overpriced.
PJ Pies is the ultimate destination for pie lovers. Each pie is crafted to perfection, delivering an unforgettable experience for your taste buds. I can't wait for my next visit!
