McDonald's Franchise - McAllen

Really bad experience, had no toys in the children’s meals, but still charged regular price, ran out of apple frying, accused me of a frozen Dr.Pepper, but in the window said the machine does not work and if I wanted something else. They asked for a refund, but instead they wanted to replace a regular DP that was the little one, but accused me 1.59, asked for a refund and gave me a big DP... and when I took a drink, it tasted like carbonated water. They asked for a refund, but they finally gave me a frozen DP, which also tasted badly. I just left. You didn't want to give me my refund. Super disappointed.

Last time I went to those McDonalds. I had the worst 3 experiences in this place. Incomplete orders every time and when we told the manager, he was really careless and careless. Last night we ordered a double-square fever and came only with a meat and the meat was not cooked!!!! We went back to show it to the manager and he said that meat wasn't from McDonalds. He called us liars! I used to go to mcdonalds like 3 times a week, I'm not back!

Slimy mold in O, manager did not seem to care, said it seems good to come, apparently they could take less care that my children drank most of them before they discover this. Old me to call if my kids got sick from it so they can by thier insurance, WOW Totally disgusts no actions from this location.

The Mall Food Court is always not so great, but the staff in this McDonald is certainly the worst! They were busy, but I was ignored by managers and five others I literally had to scream almost to get attention they were all on the front it was just not called for. Terrible. Food: 3/5
