Another guy came over but also ignored me and did not greet me. Eventually, the lady came back and greeted the person who had cut in front of me, leaving me waiting even longer. While she took the old lady's order, the guy also helped her. I ended up just placing an online order instead, as the service was better with technology than with people.
Once we got in, we got a friendly welcome. The staff was very patient, understood and made us feel comfortable. They were very attentive to our needs and the place very well cleaned. The music in the background was only at the right level that allowed us to conduct funny conversations. The ice machine works there by the way. In any case, would come back to this place.
Usually I don't like to leave any negative reviews in places. If I don't like the service, I just don't go back there. But sometimes you also need to see if someone else has experienced something similar or if this has once failed. We've come to this McDonald's before it's refurbished, but that was the first time we left since it looks new. His pretty and chic and shows that McDonald's has grown to adult age with us. But the service is terrible. The first order we demanded for a big coffee, but the cashier told us that they were not. If we wanted to grow up, we had to order two small. It sounded strange and not like a big franchise that usually lacked something as simple as this. But we were good and two were ordered. We waited and just relaxing until we were called and in the meantime someone else went into the register and made a complaint for a while. What I don't know how long he was. But if you see this situation, you'll be notified of something that already tipped me off without big cups. It turned out his order was finished, but no one called his number. He came to it and how it's cold. He's not wrong, it's been there almost 10 minutes since we arrived, placed our order and waiting for us. Not soon after the ascent was our outside and they called no deaf or anything we just asked and it was. When we saw the previous event, we checked the order, and the servings were small, the coffees placed with our order were taken away as soon as we commented that if we could get more sugar and cream. With the staff who was by chance also the one who took our order claimed that it was not ours, even if it was placed a separate one in our order. She brought the same coffee as literally minutes after she told us it wasn't ours. She's not sorry. We were done, we went back when we realized we were missing an item from our order. It was terrible, the other employee helped me and he was a bit more friendly. But here's the best thing that attracted me, we saw a big cup of coffee. As literally after they told us, they had none. We asked the other staff and he said they had big cups. Maybe it's not as bad as other reviews, but if you go to eat or take out you want not only your order right, but also friendly service. If that's too much, just honest attitude would do. The fact that the manager was not surprised and seemed upset at the complaint was terrible. The fact that we were not the only ones that were treated in this way only purifies the memories of this place when it used to be a place with friendly staff.
So I would originally have 1 star because of the fact that they now close at 10 o'clock and had no announcement anywhere, even if google says 24hrs. I was not able to get my Curbside order in this night, but fortunately went back a few days later and juan, I think was the superior name, was great he apologised for the inconvenience and honored my whole order that was not given to me in this night. if it wasn't for employees like him, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
To say something is old is not a good excuse, the place could be cleaner. the manager was nice, the server was just not in now when they know what I mean. on the manager side he can only work with the tools that the owner gave him. he was kind and continues to do a good job with what he has.
