Little Caesars Pizza - McAllen

The service was pleasant, but the young woman at the drive-thru seemed to have trouble hearing us. An employee had to step in to clarify our order. One thing that really frustrated me was that they no longer offer the $5 pizza; they only sell the $6 "extra most" pizza, which ends up costing about $7.80 each. In comparison, the regular pizza is only around $5.54. When we inquired about the regular pizza, the cashier mentioned it would take about 10-15 minutes to prepare because they were out of it. It's disappointing that they don't keep the regular options available.

I pre-ordered several pizzas for the Super Bowl, but when I arrived, my order was nearly 30 minutes late. When I asked to speak to the manager, she refused to talk to me, and another employee said there was nothing she could do to fix the situation. I suppose that’s what you get when you order a $7 pizza!

The food is good, but I've noticed that many times when I go through the drive-thru, the staff can have a bad attitude. It's not everyone, but there's one particular woman who struggles to have a genuine conversation, no matter the situation.

SCAM ALERT!!! I have been here a couple of times before and it NEVER FAILS! You ask for a hot n ready they NEVER HAVE IT. We only have the Extra Most Bestest aka=EMB . The difference is $5 to $6.49 Today no different...Ordered 2, proceed to window, gave my card and was told $14.05. B CUZ the EMB IS THE HOT N READY! WTH? Now your next question is Raph, why r u ordering this abomination of sauce n cheese? I think we have ALL been guilty of Convenience n saving some dough .

Very bad I waited 25 mins for a hot and ready super bad customer service they are rude and in a rush at least be nice and be honest how much your going to wait for the pizza never coming back here again
